What Sizing method do you use?

Moral Code shoes are sized according to the US Brannock device — the little contraption you’ll find on the floors of most shoe stores. This means that all Moral Code shoes fit true to size. So, if you are a size 10, then buy a size 10 shoe. As far as widths go, Moral Code shoes are only available in a medium width.VIEW SIZE GUIDE.

What’s the Moral Code return policy?

Sometimes a pair of shoes just don’t fit or look the part. That’s life. So, if you find yourself having to return your shoes, here’s what you should know: Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original shipping date. Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as when received. Returns must be in original packaging. Return shipping is always free. Email us at support@moralcode.com for your free return label. You will receive email notification once your returned order arrives and is inspected at our warehouse. Providing that your return meets the criteria specified, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt.

How are moral code orders shipped?

All Moral Code orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping. The best part of all? Shipping is absolutely free. Orders should arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. If waiting isn’t for you, expedited shipping options include:
