Track your order
All orders are processed at our warehouse in Wisconsin and shipped via FedEx. Our current order processing time is now 3-4 business days. Orders shipped FedEx ground delivery can be expected 5-7 days after shipment date.
Sometimes a pair of shoes just don’t fit or look the part. That’s life. So, if you find yourself having to return your shoes, here’s what you should know:
- Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching.
- Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as when received–this means no scuffs, scratches or flexing in the toe box.
- Returns must be in original packaging.

- You will receive email notification once your returned order arrives and is inspected at our warehouse. Providing that your return meets the criteria specified, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
- We reserve all rights to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
We will process an exchange for any purchase made within 30 days from the request date. Exchanges can only be made on the same style shoe. Size or color exchanges are welcome.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Returns made without included gift with purchase will be partially refunded to account for the retail price of the gifted item. If gifted item is included in the return, a full refund will be issued.
